冷却塔降低噪声源头 合理选择冷却塔

描述:目前冷却塔的型号很多,低噪声冷却塔、超低噪声冷却塔层出不穷。在冷却塔选择时,在冷却塔采取减缓措施由于工艺的要求,当选择的冷却塔噪声源较大,不能满足噪声功能要求时,可以采取消声、减震、隔声等措施减轻冷却塔噪声源强。

目前冷却塔的型号很多,低噪声冷却塔、超低噪声冷却塔层出不穷。在冷却塔选择时,在冷却塔采取减缓措施由于工艺的要求,当选择的冷却塔噪声源较大,不能满足噪声功能要求时,可以采取消声、减震、隔声等措施减轻冷却塔噪声源强。
冷却塔的噪声源主要有风机噪声、水泵噪声、落水噪声等。减轻噪声的基本手段是各种机械设备安装减震措施如减震垫、减震弹簧,避免设备振动噪声。其次在冷却塔风机进出风口安装消声器,有效地消声器可以减少10他左右的风口噪声。再者可以通过在塔体底盘设置金属网、聚氨酯等透水材料、降低落水高度等减低落水噪声,最后还可以通过安装变频调速器减轻水泵、风机噪声。
在满足换风系数的条件下,在冷却塔外侧设置隔声设施冷却塔外罩,一般情况下,隔声措施的可以达到156的效果。
控制传播途径
控制传播途径即从声波传播途径上采取措施,降低声波的传播能量。其原理为:当声波遇到障碍物时,会发生反射、绕射等现象,减轻了外侧受声体接受的声波能量。可以利用天然的掩体,或设置隔声屏障、绿化带等减轻噪声影响。在没有办法绕避敏感点时,要针对敏感点采取保护性措施。噪声敏感点一般为住宅、医院、学校、政府机关等。对于噪声敏感点可以安装隔声窗、室内吸声材料等措施,减轻敏感点处人群对声的影响。
满足工艺要求的条件下,尽量选用低噪声、或超低噪声的冷却塔,减少或降低噪声源强。
