 LENGQUETAPAIFANGYANQIJISHU

闭式冷却塔排放烟气技术是指烟气不通过烟囱排放,而是通过玻璃钢烟道送至冷却塔内。在塔内烟气从配水喷淋层上方排放,与冷却水不接触。烟气温度大约在50℃左右,此温度高于塔内湿气温度,会与湿蒸汽发生混合换热,混合后会改变塔内气体流动情况,但进入烟塔的烟气占塔内气体的10%左右,对塔内气体流速影响甚微。塔内气体上升的原动力仍是热浮力,热浮力的计算Z=塔高*密度差*g。 一般情况下,进入冷却塔的烟气密度低于塔内气体密度,对冷却塔的热浮力产生正面影响。
而对冷却塔阻力是否发生变化也不用担心,因为冷却塔的阻力主要来自配水装置,而烟气在其上方进入,对配水装置区间的阻力不产生影响,对总阻力的影响微乎其微。
由于烟气密度小于冷却塔空气密度,因此冷却塔提供的升力和扩散性超过了烟囱。冷却塔烟柱可以上升到大气非湍流层以上,这一点非常重要,因为非湍流层以下的天气状况直接促成烟雾的形成。与采取换热器再热-烟囱系统相比,冷却塔排放可以减少5%-7%的运行成本,冷却塔排放可以取消耗资巨大的烟气换热装置,并且显著降低排放物的地面平均浓度。这对于一味追求降低排烟温度的电厂来说,烟塔排放能够减少对环境的污染。
